By using DAVOTE you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. ACCEPTANCE
By accessing davote.app or purchasing any DAVOTE service you agree to be bound by these terms and all applicable laws.
2. SERVICES
DAVOTE provides real-time fan voting software for music artists and events. Services are provided on a subscription basis with a one-time setup fee.
3. PAYMENTS
Setup fees are non-refundable. Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after 14 days. All prices are in USD.
4. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to use DAVOTE for illegal purposes, to harass others, to copy or reverse engineer the platform, or to misrepresent your identity.
5. ARTIST ACCOUNTS
Artists are responsible for keeping their PIN confidential and for all activity under their account.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
DAVOTE™ and all associated content, code, and branding are the property of Sylvester Enterprises. Copyright Registration #1-15173929841.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Sylvester Enterprises is not liable for any damages arising from use of the platform including service interruptions, data loss, or third-party failures.
8. CHANGES
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
