SETUP FEES
All setup fees are non-refundable. Setup fees cover the cost of building and deploying your custom DAVOTE platform.

MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTIONS
Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time with 30 days written notice. No refunds are issued for the current billing period.

ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTIONS
Annual subscriptions may be cancelled within 14 days of payment for a full refund minus the setup fee. After 14 days annual subscriptions are non-refundable.

CONCERT & EVENT ADD-ONS
Event add-on payments are non-refundable once the platform has been configured. Cancellations made 7 or more days before the event date may receive a 50% credit toward a future event.

SERVICE ISSUES
If DAVOTE experiences a platform failure during your event due to our error we will provide a credit toward your next event or subscription period.
